LSU's QBs had their best game of the year against them, they struggle to get pressure, and they have some young guys in the secondary.

There is no way we come out and rush for 250 yards against them.

Relf should have some time, he's going to have to make some throws.

his receiver for the entire play, he should not get back on the field. It is laughable how he never looks away from his target.

Tyler Russell needs to see more snaps!? What have people seen from him that says put him in the game, b/c I'm not seeing it!? Bama will pick him apart as much as he stares down recieiers and fails to make progression reads. Is Relf just never going to be good enough for some people?

Relf is not a stellar passer but if we call pass plays at the right time against the Tide, he can be serviceable.

If it comes down to trying to pass every down our goose is cooked no matter who is QB.

Personally, I would like to see Ballard and Perkins both with over 80 yards, Relf with about 175 passing and 50 running.

He gives us the best chance off of play action, even if it's just him faking the run.

Bama's leading sack person is Marcel Darius with 2.5. For comparison Josh Boyd and Fletcher Cox each have 2.5, Shane McCardell has 2, and Chris White has 5.

Besides the obvious fact that's what we do better, but also because Alabama's defense hasn't really made a lot of plays for loss. We don't need to help them out with that by trying to throw the ball and doing something that isn't our strength.

I thought LSU ran the ball pretty well on them, and I noticed that Bama had a lot of trouble with the option.

I just don't see any reason to try to throw the ball on them and totally abandon the run going into the game. I see even less reason to start Tyler Russell unless Relf is hurt or suspended.

its our only chance to win. Why would we play to their strengths, they'r 1st in the conference in turnover margin.
