We have lost to these 17'rs for the last ten years. When they were more pitiful than they were today. When we were much better than we are today.

Hell yes it was ugly and we almost gave it away. Hell yes we beat them on a field goal ten years ago in a miracle finish. Hell yes this game doesn't mean jack crap.

Hell yes many of you hate Croom more than Obama or Osama.

But let me just say I am DAMN GLAD we beat the freaking Razorbacks.

WOOOOOOOO BIIIIIIG DAWWWWWGIE! For any razorback lurkers, kiss my Maddawg!

By the way, the refs gave them 4 calls. We caused a fumble and then the ref threw the flag for defensive offsides was the worst of the bunch.

Those are two different kinds of "hate." Most people "hate" Croom as our head coach and are okay with him as a person. The same can't be said for those who hate Obama or Osama.

Now that's sweet. After watching them put us out of bowl games and SEC championship games it is nice to pee on their post season plans.

Also, the sideline penalty late in the game, on a critical play, was absolute horse crap. What the hell was that about? If we get the 1st down on the roughing penalty there, we win by 10....maybe 13.

But yeah, I love this win. We still owe them MFers for 99 and 00. This game was a start at revenging those losses. All week they have been talking about staying bowl eligible and have pretty much chalked the game today up as a win. You could tell on their post game show that this loss was a real kick in the nuts for them. I find it hilarious.

This is payback for 99 and 00? Are you freaking kidding? WE ARE 4-7.

Who gives a flying **** if we beat them today? If not for our incompetent coach, this game could have actually meant something.

JC Brignone (and I think one more lineman) got overly excited and ran on the field before the play was over with. Brignone was at least halfway to the numbers before he realized the play was coming toward him and did a 360 back to the sidelines. I was sitting in the M-Club and saw it very clearly.

One more bowl team means a little more money in MState's coffers. Right now, there's 8 SEC teams bowl-eligible, with Auburn having a chance to become bowl-eligible when they play Alabama. If 10 teams had gone to bowls, it would not only give MState more money, but it would've put HUGE pressure on AD Byrne to can croom. Now, the "we's needs to be patient" crowd has the upper hand.

If only that Illegal Alien had hit that FG and the Razornecks beaten us in OT. THAT would have been a nail in the heart, a Stake in the Coffin.

...and I won't argue your justification from a financial standpoint.

But I respectfully disagree with what you said. Consider me a little too "old school" to hope MSU loses.</p>

We may have beaten Arkansas but that was without the man who has been the most successful against us and that is Houston Nutt.
