when i googlefy "2014 orange bowl" it displays "Mississippi State @ Georgia Tech"....17 17 17.

For the Orange Bowl, the ACC is considered the home team, while the SEC, BIG10 or Notre Dame team is considered the visiting team. The home team occupies the south bench and the visiting team has the north bench. The home and away teams for the 81st Orange Bowl will be designated on Selection Sunday - December 7, 2014.

I think they wear yellow/gold jerseys at home. But ... Georgia and Florida both wore their home unis earlier this year, so it's not unprecedented when there's plenty of contrast between the two teams.
