15 people injured, a number of buildings damaged, a number of mobile homes destroyed. Damage to Starkville HS Athletic fields. Business signs and traffic lights blown down. Trees down over 389 and 50. Another touched down east of Starkville in some fields.

Storm track looks like it's going up Hwy. 12 towards Starkville. Get ready for round 2. Tornado reported on the ground near Possumneck, north of Kosciusko.
North of Kosciusko near Possumneck/Hesterville area. Storm is north of Hwy. 12 but running parallel to Hwy. 12. French Camp in storm track. Damage already being reported in Possumneck/Hesterville area.

Another tornado being reported in Attala Co. between Kosciusko and Ethel moving ne @ 50 mph. this one is behind and slightly south of the one that has already hit here. This one appears to be moving right up Hwy. 12.
starkville resident. no tornado came thru or damaged anything here. i was actually working off 389 and it is fine. however, when i got home around 5 sht hit the fan, hail, strong strong winds and rain. thought it might be a tornado, was hit by the one that came thru in december and the weather was behaving very similar to it.
