The City of Starkville usually requires a banner permit to post a banner, but we have just agreed to gladly ignore any banner with #WEBELIEVE, 8-0, etc for the next few days.

Looking forward to extending this trend next week.

Please take advantage of this and paint (cover) the town with banners.
