It’s funny how the stance on the NBA changes over the years on Sixpack. Back about 10-15 years ago it was because they dunk too much and then it became they shoot the three too much. I guess if they aren’t taking just midrange jumpers then it’s not basketball.
It's not hate, the WNBA would never hate.
The funny thing is that NO ONE was talking about the WNBA until Clark showed up and started making triple-doubles each time she played.
There has never been a true WNBA star before Caitlin Clark.
When this qualifier is applied, then yeah it removes all the prior white stars from consideration and makes my point null.
That's a pretty absurd qualifier though.
There have been white MVPs, white HOFs, etc who were dominant and not hated. But sure, nobody has ever been as big a star as Clark.
