Great get

After attending OM bowl game, he decided they just had to much depth at RB.

Huge get! We need talent. 24/7 needs to fix it, their home page has him committed to us but with ole miss's picture.. They may have some disappointed fans.

It's fixed now.

Pretty sure he announced early

Glad to have this guy on board. Huge get for the coaching staff!

b/c he was tired of all the twitter and email blather. I know for a fact that TSUN (post EB) was putting incredible pressure on him. He's not that kinda of guy that gets bated by a hard sell like OM was doing.

He's quite the fine young man (not a kid) smart, level headed. Needs just a tad more speed hitting the hole and strength. Otherwise, he runs like Adrian Petersen. Hits hole w/great force and likes to bounce plays outside

he knows I follow Minnesota and he'll axe me if I saw AP Sunday, and I'll tell always, you keep running like that and you'll be on Sports Center one day. He doesn't have AP's acceleration into the gap (yet), but once he's to the next level the turbo kicks in as much as any one I've seen play HS football. He's a dang good safety too. Scares me how he just throws his body in there to make a stick

He is going to be a damn good football player...he is the other one of this class I've really been wanting. Really good pick-up for us today

First time I have looked at one of his highlight movies.

Looks like a really good baseline of talent to build upon. Good speed, strength and that extra step when he finds a gap. Can't wait to see what the staff develops with this guy.

Would think he would RS unless we get an injury...

but I would think that he was be RS until needed. Still, would not be surprised to see him running 3rd string next season
Don't see him beating out Perkins or Robinson so even if he got even or ahead of Milton it likely wouldn't be worth burning a redshirt to be the 3rd string RB.

I spoke with a friend and former player who helped out with the Big Dawg camp last summer and I specifically asked him what he thought of the RBs at the camp. He said "we have to get the kid with the dreads, he can ball. He impressed me more than any of them. I think his name is Shumpert." I then asked him what he thought of Kailo and all he said was "he's fast". This isn't knocking Moore but this former player was very confident that the best RB at Big Dawg Camp was Shumpert. This is a great pickup.

The only time I saw Shump play he was a freshmen playing against Madison Central

and I said that night the was going to be a great one. He is the guy I wanted badly and
as most of you can tell by my previous posts I could give a **** about Moore. Moore does not
have the frame to handle SEC RB. I think he could be a great return guy or possibly
slot guy but I have no ideas what type of hands he has. He will be able to get to the edge in Freeze's read
option but can he survive the consequences once he gets there, I think not.
