In fact, her film did not even get nominated. I didn't know that until a few minutes ago, when my wife (who is watching the Academy Awards), called me in from another room with the announcement that Jimmy Kimmel was coming on to present the awards for Best Documentary Short Film and Best Documentary Feature Film. "Mr. Nobody Against Putin," a film about Putin and his effect on Russia, won for Best Documentary Feature Film, with Kimmel noting, before announcing the nominees, that "There are documentary films about pressing issues in our world, and then there are films about wondering around the White House trying on shoes." Then, just before announcing the winner, Kimmel said "Oh, man, is he gonna be mad that his wife did not even get nominated!" ROFL.

I actually detest awards shows and the mutual backslapping and listing off of names of people no one in the viewing audience recognizes. But I was glad I saw Jimmy Kimmel's few moments at this year's show. Look for a Trump Shiatstorm of Tweets tonight. Amirite, Hermy?

Later in the show, O’Brien appeared to make a veiled reference to the president.

Hahaha I’m not upset at all - I have zero doubt I make more money than you, sleep with more women than you, and lift more than you. Part of that is because I’m very fortunate to have reached a high level of success early in my life, and part of it is because you write like a sexually frustrated, pre-diabetic white guy in his mid-40s.

You can’t engage on data and information because your small mind can’t articulate a nuanced viewpoint so you fall back on juvenile insults. How have you spent so many hours on social media and this football forum and contributed so little?

Random side story - the manager for one of our contractor crews in California is a really cool lady whose husband is a comedian - mostly Vegas and cruise ships - and she posts some of his clips on Instagram. In one of them he takes a call from Rob Schneider while he's on stage, lol. I've been giving her sh*t about being a closet maga all this time and I had to find out this way, lol. She insists she's not but I love giving her **** about it haha.

I honestly didn’t know adult men watched award shows. I always thought they were steered to housewives and queens(which makes sense now lol ). I only jumped in because Melania was in the thread title
