Stifling defense. Completely took Dick-head out of the game after he had a big 1st half.

Phenomenal defense in the second half. Only reason we couldn't pull away was because of the double bonus with 12 minutes left.

I dont like words like lock because that means 100% and with 7 other schools out of the fied still playing and RU being in the last 8-10 schools in the field, nothing is absolute, I think its 85% now and if a few results go our way today it may be 95% later tonight
Defense was good, however there were many missed 3s by Michigan. Sometime it's just a team having a bad shooting day, it happens often in basketball. The Defense on Dickinson was very good with lots of double teams on him.
his use of saying a win over Purdue is disappointing, that is not the way he should be explaining it. I get why he does it because he appears on podcasts and like of things like mock bracketology and field of 68
I haven't been wrong on RU the past 3 years. I said we were a lock to be at least in Dayton last year, when many didn't see us making it and said we'd be a 9/10 seed 2 years ago. Yes, bac knows more about the field, but I've done well on RU. We're in and not in Dayton with that win.
Edit: have to qualify this with the comment that we could, in theory, fall to Dayton if we see a record number of bid stealers, but we're off to a good start there at least with the minor conferences.

I will admit I totally did not see us beating our kryptonite Michigan in the Tourney. Great win. Surely, I need to have more faith in Pike and crew! It is extra sweet that is came against Howard, Dickhead-son and Michigan!!!
