No LED lighting.
Not enough hype videos for our players.
Run out flamethrowers not throwning flames high enough.
Bullymobile not eco-friendly.
DJ not scratching hard enough.
End zone paint too faded.
Student section still rushes the HEY song.

All I know is that "Bad to the Bone" as the Bully entry song hits different this year...

Joke all you want, but we won't get any better until those things are improved.

Right now we supposedly offering kids more NIL money than our peers and kids are opting for other schools.

Coaching and gameday experience has to improve. We have to fix ALL of it.

Mullen like or hate him, told us when he got here we need to fill the stands make the environment and the winning would come. He was right, our atmosphere right now rivals a spring game. Not calling anyone out on not being there, but our head coach is Moorhead 2.0, with maybe a little less hubris, but Selmon's buddy so he's here for at least a couple more years. He was and is woefully unprepared for head coaching see choice as coordinator on defense. This year is a bust, next year we HAVE TO make Davis Wade the environment that people hate going to again!

Unfortunately, I think that we are in a place where the coach is going to have to win first to fill the stands. Incoming coaches can generally, if they do enough rah rahing around campus and such, like Mullen/Sherrill, can get crowds into the place year 1 based on hope. This season has killed any year 1 hopeful momentum so I'm not sure what rabbits the administration can pull out of a hat to convince people that their time/money is better spent there while having a bad product on the field. I'd like to be wrong on this.

Davis Wade seats +60k and needs to be filled to win.

The hump seats +10k and needs to be filled to win.

The dude will hold +16k.

The first two struggle to get attendance in the same area that will overload the third. The third is who we are. Unfortunately, it's taken 40+ years of being a state fan to accept thus. I did recognize it right away, but had hopes of more. It's taken nearly 40 years to warm to baseball....its not my bag baby.

I'm not even going to complain about the order of changes. I JUST WANT TO SEE CHANGES.

Selmon hasn't done much to convince me he cares as much about MSU athletics as we do. The branding is a cluster. Much of the coaching sucks. The game day experience is CUSA level.

The whole conversation on the pay board about firing Hutler is crazy to me. Some people (and mods) are against firing someone right now. For 17 sake...show the fanbase that you are sick of these results. The season is a bust. Hanging on to these defensive coaches has no value. Don't sit in your ivory tower and talk down to us by saying things like "we have a plan in place and when the time is right, we will do what's best for this university". The time is 17ing now.

Selmon has been giving interviews about all the stuff on the horizon. 17 that. We can't wait that long. Especially when you are going to panhandle fans.

Right now this Selmon dude seems lazy. Put up or shut up.

If this is our mentality, we might as well join the Sun Belt tomorrow. Baseball pays no bills. If we aren't good at football and men's basketball, there's really no point in having athletics period.

So how long does it take to get good? Oklahoma with all their millions spent $3.6 million 3 seasons ago on disco lights and they are only 5-5? Maybe they aren't painting the end zones heavy enough?

Agree. I also think coach could do a lot to open up practices and show a little more to the fans in the offseason and in season. It always helps to create buy in. Heck I didn’t know much about the players preseason and sure didn’t know who was redshirted or injured. When you suck you have to sell everything else to fans or you lose interest.

I definitely think it is because the student section rushes the hey song after State just lost to Arkansas by a million points and gave up 6000 yards!!!

Exactly correct. This is just common sense, but a total mystery to the current MSU administration. The rest of the nation doesn't give a tinkers crap about college baseball.

We have a talent deficiency. We have talent in some areas but no talent in others. It's crazy right now because we have a handful of seriously talented players who could take us to the next level, but when you add in the other players who are nowhere near ready to play at this level, we end up in a beatdown every weekend.

We need an athletic department with one vision. It's too late for the season, but they need to start planning for next season immediately.

It's going to take us more than two seasons to get back to being a serious contender. I don't think we have the staff right now. Well, at least I don't think we have all of the staff that we need right now. There are some parts that need to be changed/reevaluated in the coaching staff and in the calls on offense and defense.

It's been crazy for me to see so many names on backs of jerseys that I literally have no idea who there are. We are in an odd place in CFB.
