No way! They're going "all in" at this point in the season!? You've got to be kidding me! Far be it from them! They need to save some stuff for next year!

Are you one of those miserable old men on Facebook or is yours just an act?

Is there any other real option at this point in the season?
Basically he's saying you may not take some chances (e.g. with arms) at other points of the season and now you would. I get that it sounds kind of silly but it makes some sense if you read what he's saying.

I know what it means, I just don't think there is any viable reason to consider "saving arms" in a 3 game series where you get 3-4 days rest after. And I mean saving arms on terms of fatigue, not high risk of injury.

But then again, Dusty Baker spent almost 30 years in the MLB not realizing that before finally getting a World Series. Guy had great regular season records for the Cubs, Reds, and Nationals, but got fired from all three for losing the opening series in the playoff every time. He would "save arms" despite being up in the game and one win away from taking the series. Never went for the kill.

You are the one that's miserable since your happiness is tied to a kid's game. I'm flying high! Why would I get banned for not violating board rules?
I'm happy. Trust me. It's you that is ONLY happy when WVU loses. That says it all. Now go out to your pool, get some cinder blocks, and jump in while holding on to them. See how long you can stay under. I'm rooting for you to break a personal record.

I already told you my happiness isn't tied to a kid's game. Kid's games are for short-lived entertainment and have no lasting impact on my life. Therefore, I put them in their proper perspective and don't take them seriously like you do.

You love it when WVU loses. Your posts show that. So stop pretending.
