“I was excited he pull the ball on the zone read down at the goal line and scored,” head coach Neal Brown said. “That’s something that’s been a point of emphasis.”
So many times last year he could have done this and never would. It was there all year.
Quote: Doege was only 18-60 on passes thrown over 20+ yards last season.
Need to improve that number drastically if they want to be able to score and spread the field. Just wonder how many of those were dropped passes compare to over or under throws. Probably 50/50.
