You can definitely tell it's an ACC crew the penalty and attempt to toss washington was garbage, and the sack on kendall they grabbed his facemask and about twisted his head off with no flag

Defense gets a 3 and out and the offense blows a chance to seize the momentum. The first pass was a little high, but still catchable by the WR. Second was way over thrown and the call was good because that screen was set up for a first down if he could just complete the pass.

I think it was catchable if the NC State player hadn't made contact with our receiver and slowed him while the ball was still in its arc.
