And where did all that money go?
How about you cite a source for your claim.
Because that doesnt account for all the job losses last month.
A lot of money has gone into fraud in minny, CA, and many other states. More has gone into paying off the interest on our national debt.

According to google ai, the economy lost 23,000 jobs in July 2026 - led by a decline of 53,000 government jobs at all levels.

Maybe you could learn to look up things for yourself in the future before popping off.

If Trump's doing so great with the economy. Why are the job numbers such ****?
When you say economy, do you just mean the stock market?
Because by the metrics of jobs, he's doing terrible.

He's created terrible relationships with our trading partners, thus prices are going up on goods...
He's created a war pushing up the global price of oil. The only reason its not way more expensive at the pump is because of China burning through their reserves now, by the way we are too.
He's going to leave the next president a HUGE MESS. Its going badly... by a whole lot of metrics.

He does mean the stock market, he is unable to express the difference and uses the terms interchangably even when led right up to the answer

The states all have their own public health systems so it was reasonable to expect them to be able to handle it, considering they knew it was coming. And some states did quite well, such was WVa.
Lame. So the states that didn't/couldn't manage it well would have more deaths in your scenario.

The American Rescue Plan was responsible for getting it quickly to within arms length of every American.

I'm still waiting for you to explain how Joe mangled it and why Donald's clownish mis-management from the beginning gets a pass.

In the end it will be a real victory. No one is declaring victory yet.

I realize MAGAs are beyond parody at this point. But this was posted in a thread literally titled "We've won the war".

Fine, maybe that quote was just from a talking head, no one of consequence. Is anyone else declaring victory yet?

What about your cult leader, surely his declarations are reliable right?
  • March 9, 2026: In a phone call with CBS News, Trump stated, "I think the war is very complete, pretty much." Later that day at a press conference in Miami, he remarked, "We've already won in many ways, but we haven't won enough."
  • March 24, 2026: During a press conference, Trump asserted, "Well, I think we're going to end it. I can't tell you for sure. You know, I don't like to say this, we've won this – this war has been won."
  • April 6, 2026: At a press conference, Trump declared, "We are the winner. We won."
  • April 7, 2026: Following the announcement of a temporary ceasefire to allow for negotiations, Trump stated that the U.S. had "already met and exceeded all military objectives" and claimed a "Total and complete victory. 100%. No question about it."
  • June 8, 2026: During a tele-rally for Senator Lindsey Graham, Trump told listeners, "You're really gonna win this over the next two weeks when we declare total victory. It'll be a total victory, it will happen very soon..."
  • June 11, 2026: At a subsequent tele-rally, Trump announced to participants, "I don't know if you heard, but we ended the war with Iran today."

Someday, likely long after Trump is dead, I wonder if you'll begin to recognize reality again. So sad what he's done to his followers.

No kidding, it was probably his greatest accomplishment and he can't even take credit for it because his troglodyte base won't allow it. And accordingly, he barely promoted it after it came out because he was solely focused on fake claims of election fraud.

I'm not sure what you're trying to convey with the attached article that argues Biden didn't go far enough when maga constantly bellows that he went way too far.

So not sure how this makes your point but my point stands.

What questions? I was commenting on your absurd statement - made more absurd by saying Russia and China backed it, as if that is supposed to give us confidence.

You are not denying the 24-day (not hour) inspection notice, which was pathetic by any standard but appeasement.
Try reading my previous post a little more slowly. You'll find the questions. I'll add
At what cost? What exactly will have been achieved that wasn't already in place under JCPOA? Remember, that agreement had the backing of the P5+1 (the US, UK, France, Russia, China, and Germany) plus the European Union.
another, how many countries are in accord with Trump, his war of choice and the currently non-existent agreement?

Your first question was rhetorical. Your second showed you had no understanding of the pathetic jpcoa that even Schumer opposed. Your third is irrelevant.

All of these responses prove you have nothing but deflection. Typical for you.

Your response proves you don't understand the meaning of 'rhetorical', that you can't admit you knew nothing about the jcpoa appeasement deal, and that you don't understand why your third question is irrelevant. Otherwise, you are on top of things.

How does anyone know what the mission was???

The reasons change weekly depending on how badly the war efforts are going.
One thing is certain...Iran has been obliterated. 🤣
I would think, and hope, the mission was stated clearly to the military. But, in all honesty, I'm not sure what we're trying to accomplish now. We don't seem to be interested or willing to do what is necessary to open the strait, so we just keep reacting and changing our strategy from one thing to another.

The fact you believe what comes out of this administration is hilarious. Do you also believe them when they said the war has been won 25+ different times?

How about other things this administration claims? Gas at $1.95/gallon. Food prices down. The US being more respected than at any time in history. Trump comparing himself to Christ.

Trump and his entire administration lie. A lot. Stop being gullible.
I'm not sure how you came to the conclusion that I believe what comes from the administration from what I posted....

Then why are you not calling for impeachment right now? Or are you cool with military leaders being **** canned because they don't pass loyalty tests while we wage a war in the middle east for what everyone can see is unsure goals? Has the sunk cost paradox grabbed you and not let go?

Read the last sentence of the second paragraph.

here's the part I don't understand....The military operates on "objectives"....I.e, what do we want to accomplish. it's clearly laid out in the basic 5 paragraph field order.

So, if I understood correctly the stated objectives for the Iran excursion were to deny Iran the ability to develope a nuclear weapon and to destroy Iran's ability to manufacture weapons that threaten their neighbors (ballistic missiles)..OK, we've done those things according to Pentagon leaders and President Trump.

I'll help out those who don't want to admit what this war of choice is costing us. Currently...

The ongoing 2026 conflict with Iran has cost the U.S. military roughly $37.5 billion in direct operations, with total economic and consumer impacts exceeding $132 billion, while claiming at least 18 U.S. service member lives and over 3,300 Iranian lives.

Financial Costs (in Dollars)Direct Military
Spending:
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth reported direct operational costs reached $37.5 billion, though internal Pentagon estimates and independent think tanks like the Center for Strategic and International Studies suggest actual replacement costs for depleted munitions and damaged bases could push the total past $80 billion to $100 billion.

Broader Economic Toll:
Moody's Analytics estimates the total cost to the U.S. economy—factoring in spikes in oil prices, supply disruptions, and inflation—is at least $132 billion.Consumer Impact: Higher fuel and energy costs have added an extra financial burden of over $660 per U.S. household.

Human Costs (in People)United States:
18 service members have been killed and over 750 wounded, largely from regional missile and drone strikes on military installations.Iran: State and regional reports estimate more than 3,500 people have died in Iran from strikes during the conflict.

Regional Casualties:
Strikes and regional escalations have also caused thousands of casualties across neighboring areas, including thousands in Lebanon and dozens across Gulf states.

If Estonia is attacked and the U.S. responds, that is 100% a war of choice.
Quality job deflecting and not answering the questions. Y'all are great at that.

Btw, Estonia is a NATO member.

NATO's core agreement for mutual defense is established by Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty, which states that an armed attack against one member is considered an attack against them all.
