I don’t see what the issue is… **

Hasn’t it been long said here that Oxford is overpriced?

(** Other than of course why did it take over three months for someone from a New Jersey police department to call Oxford PD?)

$61,000 in two weeks is wild.
In 14 transactions no less. So a little less than $4,360 per transaction. Not sure where you can consistently spend $4k in a transaction in oxford. I guess you pick up some restaurant/bar tabs for a group and hit that pretty easily. Can probably buy $15k worth of furniture in one go somewhere in oxford pretty easily. Maybe buy overpriced art or clothes?

Regardless, I want to party with the victim if they are spending enough that the card didn't get shut down after the first $25k to $30k of spending in a random podunk town.

No joke. Card owner was either a whale that travelled a ton or I need to know which credit card company to never use.

Assumedly, they followed the Oxford PD twitter and it took them 3 months to figure out it wasn’t a parody account.

Could be a company card.

Also, are we sure each ‘count’ is a single transaction? For instance, could all of the transactions at an ATM be in 1 count while online transactions are in another one?
