What’s the one food that you just can’t eat?

Not a fan of mushrooms.. I can do them in soups or beef strokemeoff.. But large caps? Gross. Freaks me out.

Will eat anything else. Love trying new weird ****.

One combo I don't particularly like: sweet when it should be savory. For example, fruit in cottage cheese, sweet potatoes fries, etc.

Liver- nasty smell, taste and texture.

Kimchi- actually never got past the smell to even try it.

I'm pretty sure I'd enjoy sauerkraut but it smells so bad I don't want to try it.

I grew up eating fried chicken livers from Lee's so I don't get the hate. Admittedly had I not grown up eating them I'd be rather hesitant

Yeah, I’ve tried sardines a few times and hoped each time that I would acquire a taste for them, (Mainly because of the health benefits) but I just can’t stand the taste.

Also not a big fan of bananas either.

Try freshly caught sardines off the Mediterranean if you get the chance... they are ridiculously good, a league of their own really

i also don't care for canned sardines and won't eat them

Guts. Livers, gizzards, kidneys, testicles, all are disgusting. They're all dog food to me. I remember the family killing a hog or a beef and knowing some nasty pile of guts would be for supper first.

I would have said sardines a few years ago until I saw Alton Brown talking about them and I tried brislings in oil on his recc. Damn good.

I did vegan for about two months a couple of years ago just as a personal challenge. It was easier than I thought actually. My wife figured out I was doing it but I've never told anyone else about it until now. Has to be a world record for not preaching about it.

Eggs. Can’t deal. I’ll eat desserts and stuff with eggs as ingredients but straight out the shell is a no-go. Wish I could.

No need to eat them straight out of the shell unless you’re fighting Apollo Creed, should try cooking them first. I can eat a shitoad of eggs(not 50 hardboiled, though).

I don’t mind sauerkraut, mostly have it with the Rueben sandwich.

Tried deep fried balls once, found they didn’t have much flavor to them and the texture of fried mushrooms. I used to hate green peppers and still not a huge fan of them, more like tolerate them than anything now.

Raw onions especially green ones, I hate them so much that they actually produce an anger response. I'm ok if cooked in something like a burrito but raw, I can't stand to be near them.

I'm not a fan of sardines although I have eaten them before, but I love anchovies on pizza.

no animal products. eggs, dairy, butter.
Eat a lot of beans and my anus looks like the end of a heavily used Civil War cannon. Daily.

So that explains the avatar.

Escargot, with a side helping of conch. I have yet to eat a slug that was worth a damn. Ballut.(sp) unhatched duckling, beak, feathers , crack the shell, and eat it. No effing way. Brains of any kind. Reason? Yacob-Kruetzfeld. Again(sp). Head cheese. Cow tongue, eyeball....just stay away from the head area all together. Feet too. You ever look at a cowpasture? On the other hand they make jello out of hooves. Look it up.

If you truly wanna try saur kraut, get a Rueben.

Good, but gross: octopus tentacles. Bbq monkey. Snake. Frog legs. Squid mantles.

Caviar is over rated.

Basically anything that comes from a river or the ocean. Red lobster has decent steaks, and their biscuits are awesome
