Normally I would agree with you but you may be wrong on this one. Trump is going to appoint Scalia's replacement. Trump has said he wants only originalists on the court. It is rumored that Kennedy will retire at the end of this upcoming term. If so, by the time these appeals get to the Supreme Court, there maybe five originalists on the court. Under those circumstances, I would not be so certain that those laws will be overturned.

So in that case the Mother has no more obligation to keep that Baby alive than the Criminal killer?

So why is the Criminal killer prosecuted in this case for the death of the Baby and not just the Mother? If it's only a "Fetus" whose right to Life is not protected under the Constitution, why is the criminal who kills the Baby also prosecuted for that and not just killing the Mother?
