My sources are telling me they've scheduled a Squirtino Bobblehead to try and fill seats

Missed it all, busy day. All I can say is wow. I've been around a whole lot of blocks at this point, and I'm familiar with squirting though more in the context of a climax, but to the roof, darn. And at a UL recruiting party. Could they possibly look any worse right now? They are going to go through some severe consequences for this as they obviously know given their self imposed post-season ban. And they are going to be openly mocked for years.

You know, UK fans get a bad rap when it comes to love of our cats. But, I think a lot of fans of many teams have that passion. Here is a thread from Louisville that really brings the phrase "It's not crazy, It's sports" to life. After the Ky taxpayers have bailed out the Yum Cen...I mean Coach CAL Center(because he is 6-1 in that building)..this guy wants a total boycott of the state of Kentucky because his team paid for prostitutes and his rival school has fans that think it is funny. He thinks that ruining lives of people economically is justice for his team missing the NCAA tournament. I know he is one lunatic fan, but I enjoy their meltdown as a fanbase. Enjoy!

Such fools to think a boycott in progress will effect UK. Silliest thing I ever read....almost.

ESPN and the local media seem to be siding with pitino that the ban is wrong. As the pressure mounts, it would not surprise me for ul to reverse their decision. Nothing they do will surprise me.

The NCAA would kick the **** out of them if they had the balls to do something like that, which I doubt.

They won't reverse it because losing next years recruits would hurt them far, far worse than geting it over with now. That's why they did it now, to save future recruiting. Hopefully, they'll lose them anyway and ruin 2 seasons, lol.

Although - it wouldn't surprise me, regardless. If Pitino is gone at the end of the season, then why not push to get to play now? It won't affect him next year, anyway

Recruiting should probably suffer anyway with further ncaa sanctions a good possibility. However, the ncaaonly seems to bring out the big hammer when UK is the target.

That could indeed happen. Kind of like Pitino always saying a player is on his death bed only to be playing the next game. If everything falls into place, they'll stick with the ban, lose next years recruits anyway and mess up two seasons.

I hope they do...

It would really light a fire under the NCAA...

...and because he is right...no lesson is being learned...only two people are really feeling any sort of sting...

this didn't happen under the watch of Lee and Lewis...

Ramsey, Jurich, and Pitino should all be suspended with out pay...also would consider a season or two ban from being involved in NCAA athletics for jurich and pitino if things get worse...Andre Magee should be found, fined, and banned as well...the accomplishments and stats of the players from that time frame should be scrubbed...

I think NCAA should try to get with the NBA and work out some sort of deal that would allow pro players who were involved in scandals to be fined...

also i'm not a huge fan of the "self sanction" philosophy...it doesn't make a lot of sense to me to allow a party accused of breaking rules to dish out punishment...

that is the whole idea of the NCAA...if schools are going to break rules and then sanction themselves...what's the point of having a governing body?

Ahh, it is like old faithful. He won't be able to squirt out of this one because information is now squirting out of every orifice at regular intervals.

During the UK scandal in the 80's, we had to clean house, AD and Coaches and still was close to the death penalty. Don't see that happening at ul.
