Even if he did take one the things aren't accurate. They are wrong something like 30% of the time. They fail 10% of truth tellers, and pass 20% of the liars.

They are easy to fool and ancient technology. Just bite your tongue and think of being on a roller coaster when they ask you "control questions," then think of something relaxing (and stop biting your tongue) when they ask you a test question. Simple and easy. Don't detect lies, just rises in blood pressure against a baseline.

supposedly he did privately and passed but keep in mind the questions were probably as follows..

Did you know about the prostitutes..answer yes = pass
Do you know who funded money to hire prostitutes..answer yes= pass
Is your fans base the dumbest people ever...answer yes= pass

pretty simple when it's done in "private"

You want real entertainment? Go to their Scout forum. They are actually blaming this whole thing on a UK booster and put Katrina Powell's licence plate number up asking people to run it.:flush:

So Mangok and Peyton Siva were both implicated as being present at at least one sex party, although Powell said Siva did not participate.

Neither of these upstanding Louisville heroes had the moral fortitude to report blatant illegal
activities happening before their eyes in the hallowed Minardi Hall.

Not a peep about it on any UL board. It's funny how they are trying to almost pretend this stuff isn't going on.

You know damn well that any drama similar would be lighting Rupp's Rafters on fire. It just shows the true difference in our fan bases. A lot more realists on this side.
Nothing about the MJ interview and the things she had to say. Guess the mods are keeping it locked down.

I'm a born and raised Louisvillian UK alumni and have put up with their jealousy (yes it's jealousy) for all of my 55 years on this planet. One thing that really riles UL fans is that there's just as many UK fans in this city. I've been a part of several UK fan based forums over the years including, and embarrassingly so, the much maligned and now defunct Lexington Herald forum. You think you have trolls on this site, they had super trolls. The anger they have towards UK is palpable and I know first hand how depressed they are at this moment. Good! Sorry, maybe I'm a bad person but I've lived with too much of their hate for too long.

Sooooooo, the next time UofL is in the Final Four...I know, might be awhile...how many supposed UK fans are STILL gonna say they are cheering for the Tards because "it's good for the state"?
Those morons in that thread are literally living in some drug-induced pseudo reality.

Meh. Both sides have idiots. Anyone that thinks the city of Louisville equals UofL or the state of KY equals UK is dumb as a brick.

Just like that thread and posters in this thread, you just have people far left of the bell curve.

Uh, you need to go re-read the first few posts in the linked thread again. I know we're all homers here but, that is some distorted stuff. Symptomatic of a mental illness I would think. Who even thinks like that?

My point is I think it's a bald-faced lie. I just don't think the NCAA or UofL is going to demand he take a polygraph. It's not really necessary at this point and they are unreliable to boot. So who the hell did he have give him a polygraph.

He kept going on at the beginning about how he would "take a lie detector test" when no one was asking him to and it doesn't really matter in terms of the allegations that one and probably more members of his coaching staff were providing hookers to recruits and players. Stating the obvious, it doesn't really matter if he knew or not, the way the world works is if you are in charge of something and your underlings do something wrong, you are always ultimately responsible. So if he didn't take a polygraph, why is he telling people like Vitale he did. If he did take a polygraph, who gave it and what was the reasoning behind it.

Vitale said Pitino told him that he took a lie detector test. Nowhere else has Pitino said this or the media reported that he has unless I missed it. I think this is just more of the BS that spews from him just like the story he tells about it being him who insisted UMass hire Cal and that he wrote a check for $5000 to help pay Cal's salary. People around UMass and on that search committee said that Cal was not Pitino's choice and there was no check written but it's a story Rick likes to tell. I think the same thing has happened here that "I will take a lie detector test" has now evolved into him telling friends "I took a lie detector test."

I don't think he took one either. Prostitino only does what is best for Prostitino, and taking a lie detector would not be in his best interest.

I wouldn't worry too much about the fans. They will be more inclined to vandalism, like the idiot from Alabama that poisoned the trees in Auburn at Toomer's corner. On the whole, they are too stupid to dream up anything of consequence.

It's the media which are loyal to UL that we want to be concerned with. Those guys are trained to dig up crap and manufacture crap if its not available. We have a certain little bald-headed journalist here that delights in the misery of both of the major state schools.
