From the ESPN story:
"One of the other former players, who said he attended the parties as a recruit and player, said McGee 'would give us the money, just the recruits. A bunch of us were sitting there while they danced. Then the players left, and the recruits chose which one [of the dancers] they wanted.'"
I mean, that's a University of Louisville employee giving a recruit money, directly, which is then used to pay for sex. Wow. Just, wow.
You know, I'm not the sort who gets all bent out of shape when another school gets in trouble (i.e., Kansas, Syracuse, etc). I don't really like to revel in other people's misfortune. But after all the $%^& Louisville fans have talked over the years about our program being dirty and our coach paying players, I find this hilarious. I hope they hammer Louisville hard. And the most hilarious part is a quick perusal of the Louisville message board will easily turn up posters still talking about how unfairly they are being treated while we get away with paying players. Their jealousy is so paramount that they just can't help themselves.
They're toast.
