So its people seeing him driving at the end of April and now wanting to fudge the date by a month or more just to try and make it look against NCAA rules...

There's a lot of wonderful people in Louisville, and a great many UK fans so I don't say this seriously, but... A large trench could be dug, and the Ohio river rerouted to go south of Louisville. Indiana could annex it, and then UL fans could develop an IU hate obsession instead. Kentucky would lose a lot of tax revenue, but at least your taxpayer's wouldn't have to pay for any more UL facilities.
