Has anyone heard any changes such as the Cluster 17 that happened at the intersection of 12 and Russell St. Also have they scrapped whatever they did to screw up the gates. Was the gate problem due to the electronic scanners?

Didn't help that half the fans didn't decide to enter the stadium with less than 30 minutes before kickoff.

In order to help out with the traffic flow, the SPS tents will be tailgating long into the evening. As for before hand, we're all getting to the stadium at 6am to stand in line. It's the only way to get to your seats on time.

--All public parking is south of Davis Wade Stadium and east of George Perry Street, and non-reserved parking patrons should plan to use either the Highway 12 exits at Stone Boulevard or Spring Street, or, alternately, the George Perry exit at Highway 182.

--There is no public parking at the Collegeview exit, a source of congestion during MSU's first home game against Jackson State University; patrons seeking public parking areas should use alternate exits.

I would say half being there that early is impressive. I mean, why would you be there more than 30 minutes early?

That **** Byrne put out in that special edition was not fully accurate. The reason that most of the people where scanned in so late was because they where standing in 17ing line.

The university some how needs to get together with the city of West Point and fix the mess there. I have a feeling that it will be even worse this weekend since eveybody is going to shooting to get there about 2 hours before the game. Would it be that hard to turn the lights loose from 8-11 on gameday this Saturday.

How 'bout actually showing our boys that we're ready for the game while they warm up. Every major program in the SEC (Bama, Florida, LSU, Georgia, Auby, Arky, South Carolina) has the stadium packed an hour before the game starts. If we really want to get our team fired up, give them an audience to warm up too. And stay for the whole stinking game regardless of score or outcome. It looked really bad when our team was singing the Alma Mater after the Jack St. game w/ the band with no fans left in end zone. We've got to many fair weather fans. It's time for us, the fans, to step it up!!!

Untrue. At least at Auburn.

"our boys" know we are pulling for them as long as we are there at kickoff. Staying the whole game is totally different.

It took me 1.5 hours to get from Little Dooey to my parking lot behind Dorman. I took the route by the vet school. There was nobody anywhere directing traffic.

I was running late getting to town, knew there would be no place to park on campus. So I went to the Thad Cochran park or whatever the name is on 82 and rode the shuttle. First time I had ever done this. Had no trouble finding a parking place. Got on the shuttle, waited 3 minutes for it to fill up and was dropped off on Coliseum Blvd. Walked 3 minutes and I was at the stadium.

After the game went back to where we were dropped off, jumped on the shuttle and was at my car in 5 minutes. Hit 82 and headed home. Piece of cake.

Highly recommended.

are going to be bumming at the 6pack tailgate. setting up your own though won't happen like this.

hell, i threw my mountain bike in the back of the truck one time and parked downtown. jumped on the bike and was on campus in less than 10 minutes. riding back after boozin was a lot less enjoyable than one would think though.
