Has the accident on Sunday, claims he was solo, **** hits the fan a few days later, hedoes a 180 and admits to everything.Wouldn't be surprised if he, or one of his minions, tried to haveBlondies name removed from the accident report so he could sweep it under the rug. Once he realized he couldn't and the accident report came out, he starts barking like a dog. If so, could that be obstruction charges? I think he's toast before all is said and done.

which reports are saying he did. Regardless of his winning and what he has done with the football team, this is national new and the lawsuit the school would leave itself open to is huge.

The only way her survives is both the girl and her fiance agree to a certain lump sum of cash to not pursue any type of charges or lawsuit against the school or Petrino. That is the only way he makes it out of this with his job.

This will be settled. The girl will get a large settlement and quietly resign and move away. Petrino will have his indefinite suspension lifted in plenty of time to be ready for preseason practice. I don't see how her fiance has any claims against anyone though.

a certain person in a position of power that did the same thing as Petrino and was slapped with an alienation of affection lawsuit and he ended up paying a pretty good sum.

The difference here would be that the two were engaged and not actually married so I am not sure that is even possible. I just assume they pay both of them a nice little nugget to shut their mouths and move on with life.

that he valued his career more than he valued his access to the University of Arkansas head football coach and program. I have NO DOUBT that Captain King was put into a very precarious position since last Sunday. And I don't think the good Captain is finished answering for his involvement just yet.

Still want to know whether Mr. Petrino was "impaired" after spending most of the day Sunday on the water with his other half and whether Captain King was aware of Mr. Petrino's state of sobriety before transporting him to the hospital.

And I also want to know how the hell blondie avoided injury. I mean, look at Petrino at the presser. ****. He got his *** tore up. How did she manage to avoid injury?

These are typically hard to prove, however, they are generally easier to prove when the pursuing party has $$$$$$ and if a pattern of spending can be shown (i.e. trying to buy someone's love).......

She was off the bike. Petrino was drunk and showing her some sweet Harley stunts and crashed.

I don't think being engaged carries any legal meaning at all. He's just a third party on the side.<div>
</div><div>If you're talking about Petrino's wife, possibly so.</div>

You guys are all talking about legal reasons as to why he would possibly get fired, but what about the fact that he lied to his employer, the police, and potentially hired a woman in a state position due to sexual favors? He is done. If any other employee on Arkansas' campus or state employee did this they would be fired. Remember at universities there are many many faculty members that don't give a damn about football. These people will scream bloody murder till he is fired due to equal treatment reasons. Same thing at State, most of our faculty don't give 2 ***** about sports.
