I saw Paul's tweet that he had passed away this morning. That kid was practically raised by the MSU football program.

He was a kid whose mom worked on campus. I'm not sure exactly what she did but after school, he would be all over campus just hanging around.

Pretty sure his mom worked in the cafeteria. He roamed campus freely from the time he was about 5, and became a fixture in the athletic programs. He had no official capacity whatsoever, but he went wherever he wanted whenever he wanted because everyone in athletics basically raised him.
Maybe just a rumor but I was always told he was Keifer's brother and Sherrill took care of him? Pretty sure his real name is Tavaris.
So sad...sounded like OG was having kidney problems, and went in to the hospital to have it checked out, and then had a stroke (his 2nd), while there. He suffered paralysis & was unresponsive, and passed away this morning. I had been following updates on Eric Dotson's Facebook page the last couple of weeks....

I called the hospital to check on OG the nurse said he was not able to talk and his wife said not to give out any information on him.. The nurse just called me and gave me his wife's number and she asked that I call her tomorrow and she will update me.. I will post what I get ASAP!!!
10/14 Just spoke to the women thats there with OG. She asked that no one calls the hospital. I did let her know that he has alot of folks that love him and care for him and I apologize for the phone calls. She did tell me there is no changes he isn't able to respond and he is in kidney failure. Bull Dawg keep OG lifted up.
10/20 Ok Bull Dawg Family Update on OG…. I spoke to his wife tonight she said to post this information so that everyone knows… OG has been in the same condition for about a month… When he entered the hospital he was responsive and the Doctors told him that he would need dialysis and she believes that was more than he could bare and that triggered him to have his 2nd stroke… OG was able to get on Medicaid before he became nonresponsive. She said that his insurance only allows 30 days in the hospital with his current condition… She said that the brainwave test did not show any good news and OG is paralyzed due to his 2nd stroke… She said OG would have to be removed from the hospital within a few weeks and placed on hospice… She said the Doctors are saying that if he is removed from the ventilator he may make it or live for a few days or for a few moments it’s an unknown…. She said if anyone wanted to donate to help his final expenses she will be giving me her and OG banking information and donations can be deposited into their account… I suggested maybe someone could establish a donation fund at a local bank would be easier… She did tell me to let everyone know if you are on the West Coast you are welcome to come see OG and anyone who wants to call her leave a message if she does not answer she will return your call… She said sending text maybe a quicker response…
