When you have a personality like Dabo trying a little too hard to be everything to everyone, your position coaches and coordinators pull back. I see Dabo pressing on them and they all have the same look.

He did. But that’s obviously not enough.

College football (or any other sport) is nothing but the accumulation of talent. If you can’t get better players, you better pick a scheme and recruit players to that. Dabo is still trying to the former with one hand tied behind his back.

He has let the program that he built (to his credit) slip because he refused to adapt to modern college football and everyone has been telling him this for 4 years and instead of admitting he isn’t smarter than literally everyone else he is telling everyone to pound sand. He deserves to fail for being so arrogant.
