No matter who was saying it, I had cheeks spread & was receiving the sweet sunshine up my arse. But now I see this team is a mere re-hashing of last year's team, except there is no Stratton available to bail them out. Bottom line is they look like ****. The are sleep-walking through this portion of the season. And all summer & fall, lengthy articles & comments were reassuring me they are elite competitors bent on proving something to the college baseball world. Right. And Ron Higgins will win a Pulitzer Prize for journalism.

Correct. And a lot of that junk is to sell magazines and junk. Take it for what it's worth- your subscription, probably. Everybody tweeting Kendall Rogers- what do you think he's going to tell you? He wants to sell you.

A lot of our guys look the same, with the addition of some hitting, which we aren't sure how to put together yet.

We look better coming out than the past few seasons, but we don't really hit our stride (usually) until later. I'm content to let it play out and still keep high expectations- I just don't expect them immediately. I think it will play out fine.

If we continue to lose, I understand your gripes and will probably jump on board with them.
