If we get the pitching we got this weekend it is very possible. Will CT be back for next weekend? Anybody have an update?

We only play once (Alabama A&M), but 2 from Arky would be huge. I think getting Bradford back could be a possibility. Pitching has been as good as I've seen in a long time so far. Getting the injured bats back is critical.

I don't care how we get there. We just need to be careful that we avoid a huge hole. Took a big step today.

in the midweek games. Have we ever lost to a SWAC school in baseball? But to answer your question, I will feel better if we can take 2 of 3 from the Pigs. Looks like they swept Alabama this weekend (who apparently was way overrated based on results so far). Like a poster said in another thread, I don't want Cohen fired. But I am disappointed in what he has accomplished so far.

We should try to have a winning record in the SEC at a minimum. We went 14-16 last year- it's possible for us to win a couple of more games.

Is based only on this past week. It will take a season of work to change my mind and even then I will still think that he is an a-hole.

Interestingly, our next 3 non-conference foes are all from the SWAC. With the injury situation, any midweek game has now become of utmost importance. No room for error at this point. We have to figure out a way to hang on until we get some of the guys back in the lineup.
