and the fact that our classes have been similarsince 2007 is very telling. I think Orgeron majorly won the battle in 2006, and you see what happened. And he found a QB. I think Mullen majorly won the battle in 2009, and I believe we'll have the better team for the next few years, and we've got some good young QBs in the stable. I know, the rankings, yada yada, but you see how it works out on paper after 1.5 years. Attrition with some players (Barksdale, Patterson) alot of hotshot out of staters get homesick (Drummond, Conner, Cotton) etc. etc. etc. Who cares the reason or the excuses Bruiser. Just facts - who sees the field - and right now we're ahead. I don't care about instate/outstate, that's nothing but a crowing point and a dumb one. You get the best players possible, and it's usually easier to do that instate. Not to mention, as the Kang says, playing for the home school means more to those guys.
So ANYWAY, it stands to reason that we won't get that much of an advantage from winning, at least instate. I think it gives you a little more appeal nationally or at least regionally.</p>
