What will you be looking for against Bama.

In all seriousness, we are not expected to win. I can live with that. Also, not looking for a moral victory. we are big boys and girls and are keeping score for a reason.
So what would you like to see from the team.

I am thinking just play sound fundamental football. Bama is suppose to beat us at every position, but I want to see the players compete. Blown assignments cannot happen. If a player is faster than you, stay within yourself and do the best possible.

Stay in lanes, turn the runners back inside.

Compete and try to get better. Your playing the defending NC, current #1 team, on their home field. You're fighting to get to .500. Eliminate unforced mistakes and build on the experience. Winnable games lie ahead.

Execute in special teams. We all know we will be punting several times and returning several kicks. Lets work to eliminate errors in blocking assignments and backfield coverage. As said above, they may be faster, just be in the best position you can be with your abilities.

This is a good question.I guess I want to see us compete for a period of time, not so much as in a quarter or a half, but for an extended series of downs on both sides of the ball.

I want to see us be able to line up and make plays, sure they will probably make more plays but if we can execute what we trying to do on individual plays at times during the game then I am o.k. with that.

Play physical, don't play scared,if you are on the field play hard, don't quit and stay together as a team.

Alabama could put anywhere from 40 to 60+ based on what we have seen from the Cats this year.If we can limit turnovers , blown assignments and not quit then we have done what we can do.Alabama may take us a little lightly,if we could take advantage of that (if it happens)maybe we can compete for more of the game than most think.

You say you're not looking for moral victories and then basically just list a bunch of moral victories.

I'm looking for a win. Hopefully the players are too. Been celebrating moral victories for years, I'm over it.

Just not giving up and still playing hard and respectable regardless of the score. I'm not expecting us to get beat by any less than 40, but I'm also expecting us to retain our dignity in the process.

We're currently .500.

Is like to see us get some stops on defense and not get gouged by big runs. I'd like to see us run around our average and not make any turnovers. Past that when you look at the stats a win is a big stretch. That said I'll be pulling for the upset and watching until the end.

Play the 2's in the second half if game is out of reach.....let them compete against the best.... This will pay dividends going into Vandy, MSU and Mizzou!

I liked the fact that last week a LOT of players rotated in and out. That's the o lynch way these guys are really going to learn...if you get tired enough of your tail getting whipped, sooner or later you toughen up, learn to play better or get out.

During the UK game I'll be looking for a Deshaun Watson Touchdown!

Unless we can somehow keep it close

Seeing a team play fundamentally sound is not a moral victory. It is expected. The problem, we have yet to see it.

Fundamental football. Executing on competitive plays, sticking to an identity, playing with high energy. Our defense is better than all of the blown coverages and the missed assignments. We haven't been physically dominated, we've been mentally dominated when it comes to our defense though. Last week, they didn't allow it to happen, and that's all you can look for. Alabama is by far the most talented team in college football, they're incredibly physical, no shame in taking an L against them, but if our team goes out and competes in the ways listed above, it'll be a much better game than many think.

I kinda wanna see Jordan Jones take over Courtney Love's spot on defense. He has the kind of nose for the football that you need at linebacker. He's been playing like a high level All-SEC linebacker so far, and you need that manning the middle of your defense. He also makes the D faster in general.

We won't win. So the biggest concern I have is injuries. The last thing this UK team needs is the loss of QB Johnson.
