I don't know that I would do a raise this year but I would seriously ramp up his incentives to the point where if he took advantage of next years schedule and the state of the conference (perceived weaker) He would make much, much more than he would with a raise. I think this would indicate that we are not going to just throw money at you so you make more than UM but we will pay you VERY well for winning games and getting to a major bowl game. I would dump a large amount of money into the asst. coaching salaries though for Mullen to split up. Something to the tune of: $50,000 for OOC win, $100,000 per SEC win, $200,000 per ranked opponent win and $500,000 for winning a BCS bowl game. (These would be stackable so a ranked SEC victory would be $300,000). Then I would drop about $500,000 for asst. coaching salary adjustments.Ole Miss and Auburn have recently announced increases. What would you do with Mullen and staff in a reasonable fashion?
