preview to michael bay ninja turtles trailer (the official trailer will be released as a preview for the captain america movie):



i grew up with the ninja turtles, and now my son is into the nickelodeon cg series (its pretty good). Anywho, i was kinda wary about this whole thing especially when i saw the cg dummy models:



but after seeing the partial preview, these turtles are badasses and i think i will enjoy the twist of their new edge.

the turtles will look something like this:



now, you can all sleep at night knowing the ninja turtles appear to be in good hands...i know its been keeping the majority of yall awake at night.

sports related: ninjas are athletes too.

i do have a few concerns, bay being one, but megan fox being another....how the hell does one get out-acted by a cg mutant turtle? ....pretty sure thats exactly what just happened.

that said, i am encouraged that they at least got the look right.

It's Megan Fox. She could sit there and pick her nose the whole movie and I would still be entertained.

For all of Bay's ****** movies... I've seen each like 100 times. They're blockbusters. They're full of action, guy gets girl, evil loses. No thought involved. Are you nay-sayers saying Ninja Turtles SHOULDN'T be in that format?

I quit watching Michael Bay movies after Transformers. Two hours of loud metal on metal noises and explosions with 10 total minutes of dialogue. It gave me a freaking migraine.

I have decided that Michael Bay is out to ruin everything that I ever loved in my Childhood.

Look for a terrible *** He-Man movie next summer. *

Agreed. Michael Bay is dog ****. The only decent movie he's ever made is The Rock, and thats only because the cast carries it, namely Sir Connery.

Regarding this new movie, however, this is the only TMNT movie I'll ever show my kids...


Granted, Secret of the Ooz wasn't bad, but doesn't touch the first.

I actually had this action figure; come to think of it, I still have all my original TMNT action figures, including their green VW Bus...pretty awesome stuff.

Ehhh...I like Deep Impact better*******

Actually I forgot about Armageddon. It was good. But both of those movies were before Bay went all Simple Jack with his head movies, where he decided that "a **** ton of special effects" some how equal "good movie".
