What's Sarah Baumgartner thinking?

This is business, she is a professional, she will just keep rolling like everyone else.
What did you expect her to do. I won't take it to mean anything one way or another. Even if she wants to move do you think she'll just up and leave. No. Just like the majority of us, you'll quietly look and then when you find another spot you leave.
By all accounts she is good at her job. Might be the perfect #2 to Hobbs.
I can't imagine how any of them feel right now. It has got to be a scary time. That said, Sarah is an awesome person. I cannot imagine Hobbs not keeping her, and if he does decide to let her go, she will certainly land on her feet. I just feel bad for her because she probably had just gotten to the point where she had amassed a substantial wardrobe of red clothing. These job changes are easier on the men then they are on the ladies.
Hobbs made a specific reference to her in his press conference at the halftime of the RU-Wake game, stating after the football coach decision is made he and "Sarah" would turn immediately to focus on fundraising/development.
If she's good at her job and generally happy at RU, I'm sure she's sad that her friend Julie is gone but looking forward to the future without a lot of the distractions that highlighted the previous administration.
Good to see this Jellyman. I think she is doing a great job for RU and certainly deserves to stay. Met her family last year at MD game. Great people with solid Midwestern values.

Huh????? The only people who don't know who Sarah is are part time fans and supporters. She is very good at her job, an may have been hangstrung at doing it with our former AD at the helm.
She is a very bright women.
interactions with Sarah have been great. She's personable and smart, I hope she stays with us. Glad to read he support for Sarah....not sure what the OP was fishing for.
Sarah is a 5 star at what she does and I hope she is here for a long time. Having worked with her for our wrestling program, she is creative, smart as heck and proactive in everything she does. I am sure our new AD recognizes that after 10 minutes with her and will do everything he can to keep her.
I spoke to Sarah today. She thinks she is safe. Thinks Hobbs is a great hire & a good fit for RU. Obviously her world is a bit crazy right now as everything gets sorted out.
Normally, she'd be thinking about how to impress the new boss. But today, she's thinking: "how do I tell him about that thing he's got in his teeth".
