What's the key thing you’re watching for this season with WVU basketball?

The one thing I'm most interested in is how Tucker will do nightly against Big 12 talent. If he's still a star at this level then the season has a chance to be a success.

Coin flip between free throw shooting and ball movement/passing - both have been fairly lackluster

Consistency and continued growth from players. How do they handle the pressure from game to game situations. After a loss or a win.

“We want to win. Every night it is how do we win this 40 minutes? We’ll play the guys we want in that particular night to win that game,” DeVries said.

“I think every game is dangerous,” DeVries went on. “I approach every one the same. I don’t ever take winning and losing for granted. You have to pour everything into every game to put yourself in position to win it. We’ll treat this game like it’s the national championship.”

Looking forward to both the men's and women's season starting and watching both teams in these first games. With the men, I have no expectations other than playing hard and competing. I'm a little concerned with our size but depending on how we play, that issue can be reduced in the regular season.

I'm pumped.

No cussing out players. Love how they actually are unselfish. Continue to shoot and play defense. Worried about post play once conference play starts. Winning season for sure.

Yeah a good player coach relationship that attracts more talent, I'd like that.
