I honestly can't tell if Tulsa is paranoid, stupid, a pure contrarian, or just enjoys lecturing people so much that he generally starts wagging his finger before gathering all the facts.
Not sure why it's interesting... It would appear that after he left, different standards were being used. If those standards were subpar (which I haven't the foggiest idea if they were or not) wouldn't you be in favor of reinstating the person whose record was broken but should not have been?
