What's up with the home page?

Whenever I load the page in from my Android tablet there is no forums topic listed, (no drop down menu with the little bars at top left side of the page) i have to basically Google virginia preps rivals forums or something similar to actually get to the forums page. Is anyone else having problems with this using Chrome or is it just me?

When I use my Android phone I don't have the same problem, just the tablet.

I do not understand Androids, drop down bars, Apps, etc, but it does seem when I go to virginiapreps, I have to click on about 5 links before I get to forums.

I have noticed great differences from home computer, school computer, android tablet and android phone. My big design peeve is there is an awful lot of white space all over the place all of a sudden.
