The SEC West will have 4, count them 4 teams with 10 wins...a 3-way tie in the SEC West for 2nd place at 10-2, 6-2....

If you are going to finish 5th, that kind of puts in perspective to the level of competition it takes to win the West these days

LSUis stronger and morephysical along the lines than we are. They will use our recipe and finish the job that we could not. Peterson is going to pick a pass or two also.

He is just a sophomore too. He is sneaky fast, especially around the corner. There were a few runs he had around the corner where it seemed like he just hit another gear. There are going to be some good RB's in the SEC next year. Davis, Dyer, Richardson, Ballard, Lattimore, and Ridley. Should be fun to watch.

LSU- 9-3 (5-3)- the demise of Les Miles is being talked up but not so fast my friend. Chavis is a good defensive coach and has talent to work with and the offense has too many weapons to be bad. Miles beats Saban in BR to put the LSU faithful in better spirits. Losses @Fla, @Aub, and @Arkansas

When it's labeled a prediction- it's a prediction

I actually agree with this one. I think the Hogs win this one and I think Bama takes down Auburn, with or without Newton.

It's an ebb and flow, and the West will not be this strong every year, and likely won't be this much stronger than the East for a long time.

The last two years, 5-3 was good enough for 2nd in the West, and 4-4 was good enough for 3rd.

UT, Georgia, and Florida are all having years that are among the worst they've had in the most forgettable in their last 10-15 years, and they're all having it in the same year. Vandy is still as bad as always. Kentucky is no better than usual. South Carolina is about the same as usual, maybe slightly better, but they're winning the East by default.

Auburn is having a much better year than usual, as is Arkansas. LSU only having 1 loss is better than normal. Bama is still Bama under Saban. That won't stay that way.

I may be completely wrong here, but isn't it impossible for LSU to play in the National Championship now? Didn't they make a rule a few year ago that you must win your conference in order play in the title game? In this case LSU won't even play for the SEC title. Then again I may have just completely made that up.

The game with you guys is the most physical game we've played this year. It doesn't seem possible LSU will be stronger along the lines.

made me think that he at lest thinks it could happen. I know he's the Forrest Gump of coaching but "shirley" he would not be that dumb to not know the rules.
