When will Rockingham County and Walkertown Play

Game was canceled, Walkertown trying to find an opponent for their bye week but gonna be difficult at this point.
Someones AD canned the game and evidently forgot to inform either team.
How do you cancel a conference game
In my mind, that’s easy, the one not ponying up to make every effort to play, forfeits.
There was lightning in the area but it was just a delay for everyone else including the Reidsville @ Carver game right down the road. Walkertown had homecoming Saturday night so they couldn't play it then and there was a rule change this year that banned playing twice in the same week so their hands were tied. Could've easily been resolved by moving the game to Thursday or just not canceling Friday night.
I believe you can play 2 games in a week, there just has to be a 3 day gap. I know there are 2 games Monday, and I know that 2 of the teams play next Friday night.
Is it not a conference game? If it is, doesn’t it have to be played?
Max preps has this game going in the books as a 0-0 tie, not sure if that's official or not but assuming it is since its on there and they classified it as a no contest.
Weather seemed to be worse in Walkertown, though. It was hard going through Walkertown
