Swain's nonconference schedule is going to cost them big-time come the playoffs. Not that they're likely to challenge for state this year... but with some more home games, they could potentially go a game or two deeper in the playoffs. After tonight, it's looking like we're down to Swain and Murphy for the conference championship, but you never know... look at the rest of WNC.
But whatever the ultimate result, I know the Devils are going to give "our best, and then some" (the school motto). Can't ask for more than that.
