ESPN's top 25 SEC players this preseason? Top 10?

I assume Gurley, Yeldon, Ford (Carl's Jr RB), will probably headline it.

Do you think he'll be ahead of Chris Jones?

I'd say 14 to 18 range. Jones could be close to the same. Jameon probably won't be but should be in the 20-25.

If Aschoff is responsible for the player rankings, I'm sure both Prescott and Jones will be well behind Robert Nkimdeche. You know, because the kid has proven so much as a college athlete...

You're all crazy. With 14 teams that's less than 2 players per team. Some of you are talking about having 3-4 players on this list? McKinney and Jones will be in that list at best. I don't think Dak makes the list and tubby won't either.

As for quarterbacks, Dak will be ranked 5th at best. Including being behind Wallace. It's just the way these preseason things go guys.

I think he'll be 3rd no higher than 4 th of listed QB's. And you're right McKinney should be top 20 also.

He will not be the 5th ranked QB this preseason. Nick Marshall, Prescott, Wallace are 1-3, and Thompson and Maulk are 4 & 5.

No way Prescott is ranked ahead of Mauk from Mizzou, Wallace from OM, Thompson from SC, or Marshall from Aub.

The hype around Dak is just that... Hype. Just wait and see.

The majority of preseason rankings will go:

1) Marshall
2) Prescott
3) Wallace

Prescott and Wallace will flip flop on some, but I bet you'll see Prescott preseason 2nd team All SEC QB behind Marshall.

Wow. Gotta admit I'm pretty shocked by that. Did a quick search and found another list that has him pretty high too.

You forgot your sarkastriks. On all of it. You are really pessimistic to think that a darkhorse Heisman candidate won't be on that list.

I think Dak will be top 15, say what you will about Aschoff, but the guy likes Dak. McKinney will be somewhere around 20, and Jones my crack the top 25.
