while we may all think we are better than that list the fact reminds we are up against some crazy odds anytime you beat a down uf or uga, they are still better than you DON"T KID YOURSELF.

I don't care what auburn or arkansas records were, they have more talent than us.

I do take umbrance at being behind Vandy. That's absolutely inaccurate. We can argue about where Mizzou belongs.

Turd in the punchbowl.

Anyone who says Vandy isn't the worst job in the SEC, regardless of whether they won this year or not.... Should STFU.

Travis is a Vandy guy, if I'm not mistaken. Probably couldn't help himself.

I would put us ahead of Ole Miss, Vandy, Kentucky, and possibly Missouri. I think I would also switch Bama and Florida.

i would put msu, ole miss, kent vandy and maybe

missou in a hat and pickum. they are all tougher than the rest of the sec and arguing about an exact ranking is like claiming to be the tallest midget.

Agree completely. Your list of teams all have a much tougher program when it comes to recruiting, money, and winning. Even if one has it less than the others, the distance between groups is much larger than within groups.

Arkansas does NOT have more talent than MSU or OM!

He was talking about job attractiveness... not talent level or recruiting base. Arkansas has tremendous facilities, money, and support with a pretty good history...that counts for the overall attractiveness of the job.

As the SEC revenue continues to go up, the line between the haves and the have nots will begin to blur somewhat. $40 mil in tv revenue means alot more to MSU than the same $40 mil to Alabama(and the numbers are going to go WAY higher than that IMO)

EX: MSU athletics budget = 40 mil
Alabama athletics budget = 100 mil

Add the new revenue(tv, stadium, etc):
MSU - $65-70 mil
Alabama - $120 mil

While the gap itself doesn't get narrower, the percentage certainly does...
