Big run for the first by AD today. How do state fans view Willis?
I don't seem to remember him being hated, and his adopted family wasn't OM fans. Just curious. His story would make a better movie than blind side.

Hadn't really heard much about Willis's or Dixon's stories

Once people get in the pros I really don't care where they went to college. Willis is an incredible player.
If you're ever curious look for the E60 segment of Willis on YouTube. It's pretty good. He was chopping cotton 8 hours a day at age 10 to pay bills. No running water until he was 8. His dad is a piece of ****, to put it mildly.

I like P-Willie, but I'm a Niners fan, so I guess I'm biased.
I don't see why any reasonable State fan wouldn't like him. He was a good player that never talked much **** to us (if I recall correctly). Seems like a blue collar get **** done kind of a player.

Willis is one of, if not the best LB in the NFL
He just made a poor choice in colleges.** I'm not sure he had a choice from what I understand though. Was he adopted? If he was I had no idea about that.
You have to wonder if he would have flown under the radar in today's recruiting environment. I could see him blowing up like Chris Jones if he was being recruited today.
