I think Bama wins by just wearing down LSU with the run. Regardless of how good LSU defense is, I see them as exhausted midway through the 3rd, with hands on hips, opening up the game for Bama. I think Bama wins and wins by more than a TD.<div>
</div><div>Want Bama to win just because it doesn't irritate me nearly as much as the "give me the largest L, S, U letters ya got for my rear windshield" tiger fans.

However, I see it the other way. Bama has an edge at home, coaching edge to Bama with Saban coming off a bye week. I think LSU defense is deeper and more physical than Bama. I think all LSu has to do is stop Richardson because I don't think Mccarron can carry the load if he has to throw. Put Matthieu on Marques Maze and wear them out with the other ten. LSU is 10-12 deep on the DL so I don't think Bama wears them down like you suggest. The only weapon deepI see that Bama has is Maze. Run Spencer Ware, Bleu, and Ford and use Beckham, Randall, and Sheppard on the outside down the field. In special teams LSU is very strong as well. LSU has been in 4-5 tough games already. Bama not so much....I guess Arky was their biggest test. 24-17 LSU wiht the honey badger scoring somehow either on special teams, fumble recovery, or pick 6. I want the tigers to win cause I hate bama. It is a huge game and momentum will matter...obviously they are both very good so anything could happen. that is to say I would not be surprised at all if bama wins.

LSU will shut down Richardson and force AJ to throw. If you go back to the UT game the first half was really just a scrimmage to preparefor the LSU game. Bama came out and tried to throw the ball the whole first half. Look at the score at the end of the half. It was tied at 6. Then they came out to win the game in the second half. They ran it right down their throat. The proplem is the cannot do that to LSU. Also one of the keys will be if they can protect the QB without using Richardson on the edge. If Richardson had to stay in the pocket for protection, that will take away the dump of pass if there is nothing down field. I really do not think that you can wear down LSU. They will play 8 D Linemen. If Bama can throw the ball down field they will win but that is a big if.

The Tiger D is a bit small, but I still think they will do it.
Plus that damn trophy has seen enough Alabama Walmarts over the last two years.

Corndogs for everyone.

and the scale tips towards Saban / Bama ..... I hope Bama wins as we still have to play them and we would pull more credibility by upsetting the # 1 team as opposed to the # 3 or 4 team that we have already lost to .... (I said UPSET - not saying it's probable )

They have the better offense, and I really think the defenses are about the same. They are also at home. My prediction is 20-13, Bama.

I want Bama to win because I want State to play the #1 team in the country next week and give them their best shot. I'm not saying we can beat Bama, but we gave LSU a good game. Hopefully, we cruise against UT-Martin and Bama has the most physical game ever against LSU and rolls into Starkville a little bruised and hung over.

Bama scores 39.4 points per game. LSU scores 39.2. And LSU has played a tougher schedule than Bama has. I think LSU, and in particular, their offense is being seriously underrated by most people. I realize they're ranked #1 in the BCS, but I think they're even better than most people are giving them credit for. I think LSU wins this game and it might not be all that close.

24 - 17. LSU's D has to create a couple of turnovers though and I think they can by getting pressure on AJ and forcing some bad passes. The Gumps will be intolerable if they win this game.

I just don't think Bama has played near the competition that LSU has. Also I think Bama is one dimensional on Offense. I think that LSU can dominate Bama's O line and shut Richardon down. McCarron will crap himself just thinking of throwing into the LSU secondary and that's going to be between running for his life. Both of LSU's QBs are beter than McCarron and they have more and better WR's. Miles will have some crazy 4th down call or trick play early that will swing momentum to LSU and they'll never let Bama get going.

1. Their punter is much better and field position could be a big part of this game.
2. Bama's QB, although good, has never played against a D like he will tomorrow. The same could be said for LSU's QBs (never faced a D as good as Bama's), but they have much more experience.

I hope that Bama wins because I want the #1 team in Starkville next weekend, not a pissed off #5 team (I actually think we'll keep it close with Bama if they win). I also don't want to have to leave the coast at the *** crack again to make it up for an 11:00 game.

Alabama has more talent than anyone else in the country except LSU. LSU size and speed plus Miles pulling out a momentum changing trick and throw in an LSU defensive score result in the Tigers winning. 28-20 Tigaaaaahs

But I don't know who wins. I think LSU has more consistent QB play but Trent Richardson is good for a TD advantage. Of course LSU leads the world in turnover margin which always bodes well for a team. I think it all comes down to how Lee and Jefferson handle the pressure.

I think they win by 14. Say 31-17.

Except wanting my prediction to be right, I don't really care one way or the other. Wouldn't mind seeing Bama get banged up a little, though nothing serious, of course.

The tigers with that damn Honey Badger on defense will be the difference. I think defensive backs and QBs of LSU are what puts the tigers over the top. Gonna. A great one...

Living down here amongst their Corndog stank......... gives a unique perspective.

Not to mention, 3 fist/cowbell fights with them over the years. Tossed out of Davis-Wade, Superdome, Tiger Stadium......... you name it....

Anyhow, hoping that Bama knocks a knot on their head.
