People forget about Robert Elliot but he is really perfectly suited for this type of offense.

I was about to say the same thing. I just hope he can fully recover

...he will fully recover. McRae is the one that scares me as far as being able to come back 100% from injury.

Call it the rabid dog, or the pit bull, or the jackal, or the hyena or something else.

Mcrae claims he will be ready by May which is pretty hard to believe

It's going to be Bumphis. He's a better passer than Garrett. I'm not exagerrating either- I've seen both play QB.

Bumphis or Davis. Both are legit threats to throw the ball and have the speed tp excell in the formation. Clark would also be good but he wont be a threat to throw the ball.

...for that position. He can run, catch, and throw. Yet to be determined if he can block.

Bumphis is tailor made for that position.... Like you say, he was the best QB on that team.... as well as the best WR.

and he seems to make it work alright. It definitely helps to have that added ability to at least come close to completing a pass every so often though.

Yep, very few throws there, but it definitely helps to be able to do it at least remotely decent to keep the defense honest.

Dex's problem is that he throws a pick about every other time he lets one go, and an incompletion the rest of the times.
