I value my money way too much to dish out any more for this pathetic soft style of play. Going to Jville would make it even harder. If they expect similar turnout to 2010 good luck. I for one will be on my couch

^This Could Cost Us A Good Bowl Game...

A thread like this could cost us a good bowl game, getting a bunch of people saying they are not going is going to make the Gator Bowl choose Vandy over State. The Gator Bowl will pick State if they think State can bring more fans than Vandy, so getting a bunch of people saying they won't come will make State go somewhere in TN. I understand the frustration though....

Got all of the OL coming back (if Jackson stays)....Losing our

WR's is going to hurt..........Losing entire secondary is going to hurt too......We'll be lucky to win 6 games next year IMO......

I'm there. And I'm sorry.... but if tonight's game is the sole reason that someone decides not to go, then we have to add some more folks to the "soft" list.

may make our administration sack up and say- "hey- maybe people aren't happy and we should make some changes". Starting with Chris Wilson.

And monkeys will fly out of my *** if Vandy is picked over us for possibly bringing more people.

I think we may be ok with our WRs. Coaching scheme killed any chance for our secondary to be a huge factor this year. If Hevesy is back, it doesn't matter our entire OL comes back. It's still going to be garbage. 6-6 will be a minor miracle unless we see some staff turnover.

Fans need to suck it up and make the trip...

If we don't then we may be overlooked in the future when we are more deserving of a particular bowl than another team. Also, Jville is not expensive...

I'd like to see what Brewster

can do working with our WR's for an entire year. I don't know what to think about Hevesey. Clausell improved and we did better in general. I don't see why we won't be better next year on the o-line unless Gabe leaves unexpectedly or Tobias doesn't come back. O-line definitely sucked balls tonight though.

I was at the game tonight, I have a sick feeling in my stomach, I am pissed at some of our play calling but I am STILL going to our bowl game! I support my alma mater, love my alma mater, and will not pass up ANY opportunity to see us play in a bowl game!!!

We have to commit to supporting this program. I feel strongly that many people have already pre-ordered tickets anyway. So Scott will be able to sell the fans commitment to either the Music City or Gator Bowl, with or without some PO'd message boarders. Nobody is more negative when we are losing than me, but I will go to the Bowl if the Good Lord's willing and the Crick don't rise.

My goodness, we went 9-4, 7-6, and 8-4(before bowl game) in the past 3 seasons.
That is 24-14. Mullen is 29-21 in his 4 years here. I have been around for 46 years following this program and I don't remember but one other stretch like that. We have more losses that wins. We have lost to the Bears "on the field" 59 times and only won 44 (not counting forfeits). WE ARE Mississippi State. We SHOULD be used to this. We lost the game, and we are STILL going to a Bowl Game for the 3rd year in a row.

I'm going about it the way we went about our game this evening.

I'll make plans for the trip, talk about how awesome I am at watching bowl games, and forget to,show up on time for my flight.

I was never going if it was Jacksonville again. I have hotel rooms reserved in Atlanta, but I'm sure I'll be canceling them no later than next Sunday. I'd probably go to Nashville, too. Most SEC bowl cities are worth a long drive. Jacksonville isn't one of them.
