UL had a front end loaded schedule and have not gotten that much better. Their coach is very good. They are very young. It comes down to the last game. I feared it would.

We have left touchdowns all over every field in the SEC

We have them at home, they are marginal and we need tto put a freaking. 4 quarter game together.

We Win.....go to the ********* bowl in south deficAte, MS and beat Tulsa, or maybe Southern Oregon

So many opportunities, squandered by poor coaching decisions....

Funny how it all works out. I was looking at the schedules of both teams and realized that UK has played only 1 team in the current 25. UL has played 3 in the top 20 ( yes we lost all 3 but 2 by 3 points each) When the season started both UL and UK thought Auburn was a top 15 team and instead they are in last place in the SEC West heading for a 6-6 record and really should have lost to both UL and UK.

I look forward to the match up. It will be interesting if Barker starts. Last year you might recall Barker was one of the ringleaders of the Redshirts UK Freshmen trash talking UL the pregame warm ups. Wonder if UL might remember that.

One thing for sure, Bobby P. will outcoach Stoops who hasn't proven he is capable of being a D1 head coach. Will that be enough? It will be up to UK's playmakers. Can UL keep Boom in check? Garrett Johnson?

Should be a very close game.

Frankly, Stoops should be ashamed of his pathetic coaching if he can't beat UL and get to 6 wins this season. It really is beyond PATHETIC we can't get to 6 wins by the time we beat Charlotte.

I'm still angry about it. The more I look at it, the more I realize just how bad the coaching has been this season. We had a schedule to easily get us 6 wins by the time we beat Charlotte.

I see the game unfolding something like this:
UofL wins toss and defers
No return on kick off
First down run over right side stopped for no gain
Second down same
Third down All out blitz and thrown away.
24 yd punt and 25 yd return
UofL first down pass completion on.the out route for a TD with Tiller and Quinn in a foot race 10 yds behind the receiver.
UofL recovers an onside kick
Defense forces 3 and out
Dropped pass by Baker
Dropped pass by Johnson
Boom goes for45yds
3 Run.attempts for a total loss of 6 yds
This time Foster hammers it 45 yds but goes out of bounds after 22
UofL scores every other way imaginable and UK turns it over 3 times but does manage to put up 10 point against UofLs 3rd string D while holding the Cards to 49pts. mainly because Stoops forces Dawson to keep it on the ground in order to shorten the game.

If we cannot beat UL at home this season, Stoops is the worst coach in UK history.

I would not bet the farm on that occurring. Inserting Barker into the qb position enhances the possibility of that happening however!!!

I simply want the players to play with the same energy & competitiveness that was shown in the Vandy Game, and I pray that there aren't situations that arise that permit the coaching staff to derail the teams effort!!!!

I want to see this next game with Barker running the O before I predict what may happen against Louisville. I don't want to see what Barker can do as much as I want to see how the rest of the team reacts to him as the QB. If they rally around him and play inspired football then I think they have a good chance to win the following week and get to 6-6.
