now that Swat is gone is dead-on target. We dont have anybody remotely close to the position they need to be in. Thats coaching. You dont have to be talented to hustle and get in position, if they shoot over you then that is just being out-talented. But we are nowhere close to being in position. We are clueless

I've seen church league zones that were more difficult to score on.

I've said for years that our collective basketball IQ from our players is astounding low and when you compare it to the Ivy League Baskeball IQ that the Australian Jr National team playing for St. Mary's is demonstrating, it's really jaw dropping the difference.

I have coached 12 and unders in Jackson for years now that can out basketball our teams when it comes to discipline and being in position.

This group we have are atrociously getting beat by 4-5 passes when we zone and simple screens when we man or penetration.

We look lost on the floor, on the bench, at home pouting about suspensions and everywhere else this team is touched.

He was the X factor.. Stans got lazy or just stupid to think that the RSS would fill that void on defense. Let's just hope he make up for it on the offensive end of the floor when he plays. We can't out-score the SEC..
