Why are Gator Bowl tickets $2.40 on Stubhub?

I've never seen tickets for a bowl game that cheap. Are these tickets given away that someone is re-selling?

You can get field level tickets for as low as $3.00. Seems like attendance would be good with essentially free tickets.

I'm not going this year

because flights are so damn overpriced.

I'd have to spend over $1000 on plane flights and a hotel room for one night for me and my wife. That's absurd.
