Why are we charging $20 for NIT tickets when other schools are charging $10?....

unless Stricklin wants a small crowd.

Stricklin wants to bring a 5K crowd down to about a 3K crowd. Guess he wants to put this team at as big a disadvantage as possible by keeping people out of the stands.

because of all the money we have wasted on this team this year as fans. They owe us.

that in the scenario, the difference b/w 20 and 10 makes almost no difference in the crowd count. There are going to be 2K diehards from the Golden Triangle there tonight that blindly support MSU. Making the price 10 is not going make someone drive from Jxn to see the game. You could make it free, and Im not sure it would make a difference.

Therefore, it seems like a good move.

I guess if 2000 people are coming regardless, might as well charge them $20 vs $10.

A 10 dollar difference isn't going make a difference at all. If you're going to an NIT game for $10, you're going to one for $20. If you aren't going for $20, you aren't going if it's free.

I thought MSU had a great idea the last few years in having that be a free event. I can't imagine charging 20 bucks for this year's game will allow for 30K to show up.

...MSU doesn't want any hecklers or ner'-do-wells in the crowd raising hell about Stansbury's monumental botch job.

These tickets are expensive because Miss. State doesn't want agitators showing up making a scene on national TV.

Our tickets were $20 while other hosts were charging less.
