It's not like I'm wanting the whole roster. Cignetti brought 13 to Indiana from JMU, and it worked out, but of course that was his team and he knew them well.

Vandy only brought 5 from NM State. That's what I'm looking for. Fill some holes with some solid players.

It's just one rock we could be kicking. Doesn't seem like Lebby is hitting oil anywhere else.

Obviously we can’t say with certainty what would happen in a hypothetical meeting between the 2 teams. But according to ESPN’s SP+ we are the no. 84 team in the country this year across all divisions. Marshall is 25 spots better at 59. So while “they would have beat our @55” may have been overstating the case, it’s more true than not true.
We were pretty stinking bad.
