He is the biggest non believer of what we have done. He picked us to lose to A&m and Auburn now he picks us to lose at Bama. He basically does not give us a snowballs chance in hell at Bama.
Why can't Kirk Herbstreit ever be complementary of us?

I've always thought he was complimentary of State. A couple years ago he said we had the best WR stable in the conference, and that was never true. Ever.
Just because he picked us to lose against a top 5 team doesn't mean he goes home every day from work and plays darts with a picture of our logo.

You must remember - there needs to be one POS who never thinks we will win. For us and this year, the POS is Kirk Herbstreit. Let him live in his foolish world of disbelief.
Karma will eventually get him and when it does everyone will simply say, "He was a POS who deserved it."
I always thought Herbstreit was somewhat of a State fan. He had the call during the "Kick and the Pick" game when he said of Robert Bean "he meant to kick that!" He's done several big games in Starkvegas over the years.
